Bowercot Garden Design offers a range of services.

For the smallest projects such as an exciting planting scheme for a new bed, we would typically not charge for a design providing that we were supplying the plants and doing the planting.

If your garden already has a good basic structure but needs a revamp and some fresh planting and styling ideas, we offer a garden improvement service.

For a completely new garden our full design and construction service can include all or part of the following:

Initial Visit: After you first contact us we would arrange to visit you, free of charge, to discuss your needs and show you our portfolio. We would then give you a quote for the design stage of the project.

Site Survey: If you were happy for us to proceed we would then return to measure and survey conditions on the site. We would also discuss your ideas and requirements in more detail.

Planning: We would then produce a plan showing our design ideas and an idea of the materials and plants to be used. This plan might then be modified a number of times until it you are entirely happy with it and confident it will meet your needs, budget and style. We would then produce a final plan and a detailed planting plan.

Construction: If the design requires extensive hard landscaping we would bring in a team of specialists. We typically use Gardenleave and have a good relationship with this excellent firm. We offer a full construction management service for this stage.

Planting: We would then source all the plants required and then plant in accordance with the very best horticultural practice. As your garden changes and matures we offer on going advice on upkeep and development.
